What cookies Attendae uses, why, and how to manage your preferences
Short version: The Attendae landing site (attendae.com) does not set any cookies. The platform (attendae.app) sets only strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login session — across page loads and visits.
Cookies are not programs and cannot carry viruses or malware. They are widely used to make websites function properly and to provide information to site owners.
The Attendae marketing and legal site (attendae.com) does not set any cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no session management. You can browse this site with cookies blocked and it will function identically.
The only exception is during the Stripe payment checkout process for purchasing a plan or folio pack. Stripe's payment page is served from Stripe's own domain and is governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies (see Section 4).
The Attendae platform (attendae.app) sets only the cookies listed below. All are strictly necessary — the platform cannot function without them. No consent banner is shown because no optional cookies are used.

When you initiate a payment on Attendae (purchasing a plan or folio pack), you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page at checkout.stripe.com. Stripe may set its own cookies on that page for fraud prevention and payment processing purposes.
Stripe's cookies are governed entirely by Stripe's own privacy policy and cookie policy. Attendae has no control over what Stripe sets. We recommend reviewing Stripe's privacy documentation if you have concerns.
Once payment is complete, you are redirected back to Attendae. No Stripe cookies persist on the Attendae domain.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies on attendae.app will prevent you from logging in.

Most browsers also support private/incognito mode, which does not persist cookies after the window is closed.
