How billing works
Activate your event with a fixed initial fee — every feature available from day one, no matter the event's size. The rest is calculated automatically when you close it, based on how many certificates you issued, and gets cheaper the more you issue.

Need abstract submission, peer review, or a scoring rubric? The Congress module is quoted separately, on request.
We count certificates in active status at the moment the event closes. The more you issue, the less you pay per certificate — with a maximum cap per event, no surprises.

Maximum cap: $12,000 MXN + VAT per event, no matter how many certificates you issue. Prepaid credits on your account are applied first; only the uncovered balance is billed. The charge is calculated 5 business days after you mark the event as finished and is billed automatically to the same card used to pay the initial fee — full detail in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.
All prices in MXN, plus VAT (16%) — itemized at checkout and on your invoice. An already-created event keeps the rates in effect at the time it was created.
Issued certificates remain publicly verifiable indefinitely.
There's no "basic" tier with fewer tools. Every event — small or large — gets the same toolkit once the initial fee is paid.

Prepaid credits are applied first against any variable charge, never expire, and are shared across every event on your account. Buy them anytime from your dashboard — they're never required.
Price per credit drops as the package size grows.
Credits accumulate on your institutional account and are non-transferable between different accounts.
How billing works between activating and closing your event.
When you pay the initial fee, your card is securely registered with Stripe to automatically charge the variable amount once you close the event — no need to pay again by hand.
If the automatic charge doesn't go through, we'll notify you with a 5-calendar-day grace period before attempting a backup charge.
You can request removal of the stored card once you have no pending charges, by writing to legal@attendae.com.
